Refunds
- Refunds will be made only in accordance with the terms herein.
- Refunds would be processed within 5-7 working days of the acceptance for refund request in case the product has not been delivered to you and within 5-7 working days of receipt of product by us.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded, and any discount will be adjusted accordingly before processing the refund.
- Refunds will be processed after the quality check of returned products and will be credited to the original payment mode (if applicable).
- Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or returned along with the original invoice for store credit, provided they meet Our terms and conditions.
- All exchanges, including change of size are subject to availability and Our specific confirmation.
- Any product exchanged once will be considered as customised and not be eligible for further exchange.
- In case of a refund or exchange, a restocking fee will be charged @15% of the MRP of the product.
- Since we keep limited inventory and do not have all sizes available at all times, if the request for exchange cannot be processed, the store credit may be provided in accordance with the terms herein.
- Store credits issued against refunds will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.
- All conditions applicable to the return of goods shall also apply to the exchange of goods.
- A product once delivered cannot be returned or exchanged, unless it is a ready to ship product with no alteration/customization.
- Any request for return/exchange must be placed by You within 24 hours of delivery by Us. No requests placed beyond this period would be entertained.
- Standard sizing of products may vary from style to style. We will not accept refund due to sizing issue.
- A product returned to Us as per these terms, can only be exchanged for another product or store credit. Store credit will be given upon receipt of product by Us and upon confirmation by Us that the product is in fact exchangeable/returnable as per these terms.
- Products will be considered for exchange or return only if it is unused and in perfect condition, and with all tags still attached. Products that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to You.
- Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with Your return/exchange.
- Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
- There will be no refunds for orders to which any kind of discounts were applied. For these terms, "discount" includes a sale.
- Refunds processed after quality checks are completed. Credit refunds to the customer's original payment source, with deduction of any applicable handling fee.
- All custom made orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- In case of any return/exchange, the shipping charges for sending the product to Us will be borne by You.
- If an order has more than five products then it will be considered as a bulk order. Return/refund for such orders would not be possible.
- Discounted products and items purchased using promotional credits or vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Timelines from us
- Domestic: Initiate return within 2–3 days of delivery to us.
- International: Allow 3-day window (7 days for premium/loyalty customers).
- Condition requirements: Items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Inspection: All returns undergo quality check. Products failing inspection (worn, damaged, missing tags) will be denied return/exchange and shipped back to the customer.
How to Initiate a Return
Choose one of the following methods:
- Log in to your Macbancton account and initiate the return under Order History.
- If you ordered as a guest, register with the same email or mobile number to access your order.
- Email your request to sales.macbancton@gmail.com
Within India
- Dior Pharmaceuticals will arrange a reverse pickup within 2-4 working days.
- If your pincode is not serviceable, you can self-ship the item to the address provided by Dior Pharmaceuticals (you are liable for transit damage) or contact us.
Outside India
Dior Pharmaceuticals will provide shipping labels within 24 to 48 hours, along with instructions on how to drop the package at the courier service provider.

What if I report a damaged, incorrect, or missing item?

Can an item be reshipped after return?
Yes, under certain conditions (e.g., returned due to missing tags):
- Reshipping is at Dior Pharmaceuticals discretion.
- If the item's amount has already been refunded, it cannot be reshipped.
- If reshipped once, it cannot be reshipped again.
- If reshipped and the customer denies delivery or requests a refund, Dior Pharmaceuticals reserves the right to deduct 20% from any further eligible refund.
Condition of products for return/exchange
- Any product eligible to be returned or exchanged should be unused, and unwashed.
- Products found to be used, damaged, or soiled will not be accepted.
- Products returned under this policy will be subject to quality testing/inspection.
- The product's original tags, if attached, must be intact for a successful return. If the original tags are missing, Dior Pharmaceuticals may decline the request and return the item to the customer.
